Refund policy

Our return policy encompasses a 3-day window from the date of item receipt, during which you are eligible to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition as received, without wear or use, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at jyoti@silkendesigns.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions regarding how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that you discover a defect, damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, we urge you to promptly contact us. This will enable us to assess the situation and take appropriate corrective measures.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, candles or plants), custom products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us for further guidance.

Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The most expeditious manner to secure the desired item is to initiate a return for the item in your possession. Once the return is approved, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for the refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method. Please be mindful that the processing and posting of the refund may require some time, subject to the policies of your bank or credit card company.
